Vaginal steaming is an ancient holistic practice that utilizes herbal infusions from carefully selected herbs into a warm, deeply penetrative steam bath or bathing bath for the vaginal tissues and reproductive system.
The vapors from the warm herbal steam carry the medicinal plant oils to the vagina, cervix and uterus. This blend contains Cleavers, Horsetail, Burdock Root and Yellow Dock a powerful herb for treating UTI, Infections in the blood and urine, bladder infections and edema (swelling).

2. Detox Herb Blend - Purple Pack

This is great for the use of a complete detox steam. This Steam helps to flush kidney toxins. Detoxifies the liver. Alleviates menstrual cramps and bacterial infections. Great diuretic; reduces inflammation, stress and anxiety. This Steam has a cooling effect and is best used right before bed.

This blend contains Peppermint, Spearmint, Eucalyptus Leaf, Valerian Root and Passionflower Leaf.

3.Menstrual Herb Blend - Pink Pack

This blend regulates menstrual cycle and flow such as decreasing the flow or restoring an absent cycle. It can also help to clear blood clots, reduces symptoms of bloating, cramping and pain during menstruation and prior to menstruation. It helps to clear symptoms of uterine fibroid, ovarian cysts and endometriosis.
